Lately things have been going kind of hectic, with classes and all. Also, good news! I got my internship!! Looks like i'm going to be working for The Red Poppy Art House, where i'm going to be meeting a wide variety of people from different countries, with different talents. Right now i'm helping them with an exhibition in Yerba Buena Center of the Arts, as well as helping them with a few other events (which are available to view on the website). I'm really excieted to be working closely with such talented people.

First off, i have to say that my painting teacher looks like Trent Reznor. I happened to find an interview of him here, as well as a really bad photo that doesn't really resemble his likeness to Trent.
Today i decided to take a little trip down to Fell St to visit the well talked about Isotope comic book store. Between getting lost (as always) and getting coffee, i eventually found my way. For a few days i had been contemplating turning in a well written cover letter and resume (pretty much begging to be hired), and have finally built up the courage to deliver it.
Right now i'm really getting into Arrested Development. Steve and i have been watching that show pretty much every night now. We're still on the first season, but already i've about pissed my pants twice. I absolutely love the cast and each character is so dysfunctional, its great.
Its that time again where i have to venture out and buy some new dye. This time around i decided to go with Color Friend since they sold it in the Hot Topic that was close to my work. I didn't go with the Violet Shock color, instead i went with Turq Tsunami which was perfect for my hair.
Last night was pretty crazy. To sum it up, i saw some guy jacking off right by my apartment doorway (and no... he was not a bum. He was like a 30yo white guy). He was really creepy though, and i saw his wiener. I really wish i did something about it, like kick him or yell at him. It haunts me.
I ended up giving some crackhead (who also looked completely normal) a dollar and directed him to the tenderloin which was down the street. He kept circling around my friend and i trying to look for crack on the floor with his cell phone, which was a really nice one. Weird.
gave directions to a really drunk British guy who was totally lost at 1am
1. Certainty/Comfort. We all want comfort. And much of this comfort comes from certainty. Of course there is no ABSOLUTE certainty, but we want certainty the car will start, the water will flow from the tap when we turn it on and the currency we use will hold its value.
